Riderwood/Renaissance Gardens, Assisted Living, Dining Room Riderwood/Renaissance Gardens – Rose Court 4&5
Riderwood/Renaissance Gardens - Rose Court 4&5 was a total demolition and build-out of 40,000 square feet on two floors in two phases. The assisted living complex consisted of a new ‘Alzheimer’s Wing’ on each floor. Additionally, the work included converting two smaller units into a single larger unit with a kitchen, ADA compliant bathing facilities and a separate bedroom. Two commercial kitchens were installed on each floor and extensive upgrades were made to the dining rooms, family rooms, sun rooms, parlors and corridors. The fire alarm systems and nurse call systems were upgraded while remaining operational for the rest of the occupied building. All finishes including paint, wallcovering, carpet, heat-seam welded vinyl flooring, plank flooring and millwork were replaced. Cypress Contracting coordinated schedules with all of the owner’s furniture vendors, telecom vendors and security vendors. The job finished on budget and ahead of schedule by three weeks.
